Fingerprints (I Am Kloot)

To complete this luscious indie wet-fest- new I Am Kloot.

Moon and Moon (Bat For Lashes)

This luffly sparkly-voiced monkey lady and her band. I love them so, so much.

Atoms for Peace (Thom Yorke)

I absolutely adore this solo stuff. Atoms for Peas would have been a better title tho. Ho hum.

Elektrobank, (Chemical Brothers)

One of the first albums I ever paid for it still sounds amazing today and opened my mind to a different style of music as a kid.

La Lune Noir, (Plaid)

Shiny grimy for the late night grinders and cosmic minders.

Frank Sinatra (Cake)

I was certain I'd put this up already? Anyway. Sticking to the lush downbeats today.

Spaceape (Burial)

We are 'ostile aliens. Immune from dyin'.
More fucking Burial, because I actually can't get over them.

Big In Japan (Tom Waits)

Got the ebb, got the flow, and definitely got the Waits blues. I cannot stop listening to this song.

(Iggy Pop), The Passenger

To mr pop to whom I owe some of my musical roots and now the name of our punkatiel. Live in 1977 at Manchester Apollo. Asides from his credit card adverts I find this man very watchable and talented guess even pop stars take jobs they do not like to pay the bills.

(Funkstorung), Moon Addicted

One of my favourite from the experimental soundsters funkstorung.

(Saul Williams), Twice the first time

Excellent bit of track from Xen Cuts comp very much a fan of Mr Williams demonstrating the positive aspect of the hip hop spectrum. Check out his list of demands which i cannot embed for Sony related reasons.

(Willy Mason), Oxygen

Not sure this is the best version of the tune but its all about the lyrics. Willy leads the way the futures looks dark but it is there that the youth of today must carry the light.

Concrete Schoolyard (Jurassic 5)

This is what a sunny day sounded like in the 80s. My third new artist to this blog, J5. Cheesy? Sometimes, yes. But these guys are legends.

Morning (Blu)

Melancholy beats featuring samples from Closer.

No, No, No (Dawn Penn)

80's reggae lovely? If you like this please see the Hexstatic vs Dawn Penn remix :)

Obama Nation (Low Key)

I don't like his style but I like his lyrics. Isn't it strange how this got banned in two days, yet 50cent is still allowed to pedal his shit.

Freedom Fighters (Ram, Jehst & Klashnekoff)

On the day of the revolution, this should be played from every loud speaker on every street.

Star Shpongled Banner, Shpongle

Weird stuff from the Shpongle.

Great Dub In The Sky (Easy Star All Stars)

Where do I begin with this record? I have so much love for this (plus we have it on sexy red vinyl). It was like being able to rediscover Floyd all over again. Really well done too. This is fat!

Lip Up Fatty (Bad Manners)

Love to the fat guy x

Rankin Full Stop (The Beat)

Woke up with this in my head :)
